Commitment to Environmental Responsibility
Supplylogix is committed to helping our clients reduce the negative impact of pharmaceutical drug waste in our communities through the innovative redistribution product Pinpoint Transfer. We believe as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility we also have an obligation to reduce or eliminate our own company’s negative impact on our environment.
Green Power
All Supplylogix products are provided though a cloud computing model that allows our clients to leverage modern, energy-optimized shared server and data center resources. By doing so, our clients reduce the many layers of energy and cooling waste associated with individual customer installations on sub-optimal hardware. We are proud to embrace cloud computing as an inherently efficient way to achieve our technology requirements.

Our commitment to clean energy has been recognized by the EPA in the Green Power Partnership program. As of October, 2011 Supplylogix has achieved 100% Green Power Purchaser status.
Supplylogix has partnered with 3Degrees™ to offset 100% of the electricity use in our office buildings through the purchase of Green-e Energy Certified® renewable energy credits (RECs). These RECs will ensure that for every megawatt hour of electricity used in our offices, a green power project will deliver one megawatt hour of renewable energy to the power grid. Renewable resources covered by these RECs include wind, solar, geothermal, biomass or low-impact hydro.
Revenue from the sale of RECs provides important economic support to renewable energy projects. By providing additional money for the environmental benefits associated with renewable energy, RECs help these projects compete economically with fossil fuel electricity generation. Read more about how RECs work.
